When everyone rows in sync (leadership, supervisors & frontline teams), operational leaks close naturally, stability increases, and profitability returns.
Frontline Engineering™ is the 3 operating elements that work together to recover lost capacity and turn improvements into daily execution discipline.
1️⃣ Complimentary, 30-minute FACTORY WALK (Onsite for Perak factories or virtual briefing)
We walk one production area together and look for signals that paid time, paid material or available machine capacity are not becoming sellable output.
It is not an audit, not a fault-finding exercise, not an assessment of your people.
Your production manager knows things about that production area I will not learn in half an hour.
We put a number on what we find, using your figures (Lost Opportunity & Material Yield Calculator).
We finish with a short debrief: what I saw, what may deserve a closer look, and what you could do next.
There is no commitment to continue.
2️⃣ SYSTEM EXPLOSION: WHERE DAILY CONTROL BREAKS
(Half-day, HRDC-claimable, HRDC No: 10001763494)
Key Question: When the shift goes wrong, which part of your system was supposed to catch it early — and did it?
The Half-Day:
Every factory already has a system for running the day. Most of it is invisible, because nobody has ever laid it out in one place.
In this half day, we put your own papers on the wall — targets, plans, schedules, daily assignments, handover book, shift reports, action logs — against the points where the shift is supposed to be controlled. Then we mark each point: working, weak, missing, or nobody knows.
Your team sees how one part of the business is actually managed — and where it stops warning them in time.
Agree one 30-day experiment — with a measure, an owner, and a sponsor who has said yes to it.
After 30 Days:
We review it with your management — what worked, what didn't, and whether the system is worth fixing.
Each hands-on working session targets a specific operational gap where your team builds and tests the solution in real conditions.
We focus on 3 fronts:
Daily Control — design and install the system
Frontline Behaviors — the 5 daily actions · The Daily Control Supervisor, 2 days
Work Execution — maintenance fundamentals
You leave with working routines, tested on your floor.
Each workshop includes 30 days of post-training coaching to prevent teams from slipping back into old habits.
THE DAILY CONTROL SUPERVISOR
(2-day, HRDC-claimable, HRDC No: 10001764389)

Key Question: The morning meeting is happening, but it is not working?
When a large majority of a company’s resources are controlled at the point of execution by Supervisors / Frontline Leaders, it's VITAL that we formally equip them to carry that daily responsibility. Without training, most of them learned supervisory skills by watching the previous supervisors.
Our 2-day supervisory development program gives frontline leaders a structured daily routine — We introduce Daily Control and The 5 Daily Actions (one for each phase of the shift), so they stop running on instinct and start running on discipline.
PRACTICAL APPLICATION — Once participants have the knowledge, we move them into practice.
Performing Short Interval Control to identify Planned ≠ Actual and act on the deviations.
Doing practice runs of a Structured Daily Review Meeting — because they need to run the meeting themselves, make mistakes in a safe environment, and improve before they return to their line.
We equip participants with simplified PDCA to test a small workplace improvement — check results and escalate issues through Action Log. A guided AI exercise may support questioning and plan review.
TEACH-BACK SESSION — each participant demonstrates their Daily Control Board and The 5 Daily Actions to their peers and invited managers. This is deliberate. A supervisor who can teach the method provides evidence of understanding. More importantly, they will need to explain and demonstrate this ability (under 3 scenarios) to their own team when they return to the line.
MANAGER COMMITMENT — managers are invited to attend the final session and commit to coaching and following up with their supervisor over the next 30 days, ensuring the 5 Daily Actions are applied consistently at the line.
📌 Without this coaching support, new behaviors learned in training rarely survive the first week back on the floor. The Manager Commitment closes that gap.
INTEGRATION - 30-days post-workshop support:
To help the new supervisory behaviors take hold, we provide 30 days of complimentary virtual group coaching for all participants.
The coaching can reinforce the application of The 5 Daily Actions, address difficulties encountered on the line, and help participants maintain momentum after the workshop.
Review the progress of the one 30-day experiment together with your management.
One line running well is not a system. The 3-months is how it becomes one.
A coordinator from your team is appointed and carries the work. I coach him. I don't replace him.
The daily control installed on one line is extended to the rest of the area, line by line, at a pace your supervisors can absorb.
I come back to your floor on a fixed cadence — not a call. I'm based in Ipoh. That is the only reason this is possible.
Each month we check the same three things: is the routine still being run, what decisions changed because of it, and what the line produced against its own best week.
By month 3, your managers run the reviews. If they still need me to run them, it hasn't worked.
Actual format to be confirmed, for example:
Duration: 2 hours per session per week.
Frequency: Weekly (up to 12 sessions over 3 months)
Dates: To be agreed upon in advance. Ideally the same day every week.
Location: In-person at your plant
Every stage starts the same way — 30 minutes on your floor.
