Get It Done LAB
We know production and maintenance people. Once training ends, the binder goes into the locker and stays there. Pending actions stay pending. New routines get discussed but never demonstrated. The Get It Done LAB is built around 1 non-negotiable: everything gets done during the session. Not planned. Not assigned. Done.
LEARN — Participants build the actual forms, cards, and checklists they will use on their line — not as homework, not as templates to adapt later. Completed during the session.
APPLY — Before the session ends, every participant demonstrates the new routine on the production line, actually executed under real conditions, at least once, before they leave the room.
BECOME — Supported by 30 days of free post-training coaching, participants practice the routine on their own line until it becomes the new default. This is where ROI is generated — not in the training room, but in the weeks after it.
