OUR DELIVERY METHODOLOGY
OUR DELIVERY METHODOLOGY
Most training programs transfer knowledge. Participants learn something new, return to the line, and within 2 weeks, the operation runs exactly as it did before.
This is not a people problem. It is a design problem.
Knowledge alone does not change behavior.
Old habits are automatic. New ones are not — until they are deliberately designed into the delivery.
Every programme combines:
Industry-based case studies drawn from real manufacturing situations
Practical exercises that allow participants to work through production and maintenance problems
Practical application using the actual tools, documents and daily routines participants will use in their workplace
Participants do not only discuss what should happen. They practise how to apply it under operating conditions.
Most training budgets never close this gap. Ours is built specifically to close it — through 3 phases: Learn. Apply. Become.
We know production and maintenance people. Once training ends, the binder goes into the locker and stays there. Pending actions stay pending. New routines get discussed but never demonstrated. We have seen this happen often enough — including in our own training — to build our entire delivery around preventing it.
The Get It Done LAB is built around 1 non-negotiable: everything gets done during the session. Not planned. Not assigned. Done.
LEARN — Short concept inputs, industry-based case studies and practical exercises help participants understand the method. Participants then build the actual forms, cards and checklists they will use on their line—not as homework or templates to adapt later, but completed during the session.
APPLY — Practical application begins before the programme ends. Every participant demonstrates the new routine using an actual workplace situation or on the production line, under real operating conditions, at least once before leaving the session.
BECOME — Supported by 30 days of free post-training coaching, participants continue practising the routine on their own line until it becomes the new default. This is where ROI is generated—not only in the training room, but in the weeks after it.
To make this change stick, ACCESS is the extra support that companies need.
Access to experts who answer your implementation questions
Coaching — 30 days of free virtual group coaching to keep routines running.
Curated content that solves your problem
Experience that accelerates ROI of training spends
Support when the line pushes back on the new routine
Systematic approach, not piecemeal tools
This ensures sustainable change, because your frontline team owns the improvement, not us.
The iceberg shows where most training investment is lost — and where ours is designed to go deeper.
Most vendors explain what the 10-20-70 model is. Few explain what they actually do to make each level happen. Here is what we do:
10% Knowledge — the LAB session
Participants do not just listen. They build their own tools and complete at least 1 live trial before the session ends. This bridges the gap between knowing and doing before they return to the line.
20% Social Learning — ACCESS coaching
30 days of free post-training virtual group coaching gives participants a safety net. Questions get answered. Routines get corrected before bad habits form. Problems get solved before they become reasons to stop.
70% Experiential Learning — practicing on the line
This is where real transformation happens and where ROI is actually generated. Everything above exists to make this 70% happen reliably — not by accident, not by hoping participants follow through.
For companies that want deepest implementation support, we offer extended on-site coaching beyond the 30-day period.
Most training ends with knowledge.
Ours is designed to continue into coached workplace practice. ✅
